Business Development Executive

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Amazon's Business Development team in Spain, focusing on selling Amazon Shipping services to large companies. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for developing a strong pipeline of potential customers, detecting opportunities, negotiating with external companies, and closing sales. You will also collect market segment and customer insights to improve the product and delight Amazon customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership: Contribute to the organization's leadership team and help implement the overall strategy and direction.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work with operations, product, and tech leaders to manage the program and build a product that fits the needs of customers.
- Business development: Bring new customers to Amazon, develop the volume of shipping packages, ensure good conversion rate, and do it with profitability in mind.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in business development, sales, and account management.
- Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Strong ownership and deliver results.
- Excellent communications skills and the ability to effectively advise senior leadership.
- Ability to prioritize and demonstrate relentless discipline in setting and achieving goals.
- Professional in Spanish and English.
