The Medical Sales Consultant will be tasked with the promotion and sales of advanced surgical loupes and headlight systems, offering exceptional magnification and clarity to healthcare professionals. This position is vital in enhancing sales performance and fostering strong relationships with healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a strategic territory plan aimed at achieving or surpassing sales targets. Establish and nurture robust customer relationships within the designated territory to become a trusted resource and enhance the company's brand image. Leverage CRM tools to effectively manage sales opportunities within the assigned area. Remain knowledgeable about products, technologies, and market competition to support sales initiatives. Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to healthcare professionals. Conduct market analysis to identify customer requirements and explore new sales avenues within the territory. Collaborate with departments such as Customer Care, Technical Support, and Manufacturing to ensure timely and high-quality customer service. Contribute to product development by gathering insights from healthcare professionals and collaborating with team members to generate innovative ideas. Work alongside the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and promotional materials. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable feedback to management. Participate in industry conferences and events to broaden the network and promote products. Willingness to travel domestically (by ground or air) up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Business Administration or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required, ideally within the medical or dental sectors.

Skills and Competencies:

Ability to travel approximately 50% via ground or air is essential. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships and handle situations with confidence and tact is required. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is required.
