Job Description

Seeking a seasoned Channel Sales Manager to spearhead sales efforts in Spain and drive business growth for a leading cash recycling ATM hardware solutions company.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software/integrated solution sales, intelligent hardware, and banking self-service terminal sales, with a proven track record of success in direct and channel sales, customer relationship development, and management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets in Spain and other European countries
  • Manage sales projects, control the selling process, and negotiate sales contracts and agreements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and customers, and participate in public events to promote the company's brand and products
  • Provide market and customer insights, competitors' information, and recommendations for future development
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in software/integrated solution, intelligent hardware, banking self-service terminal sales, or bank IT-related fields
  • Extended experience in direct and channel sales, customer relationship development, and management
  • Strong negotiation, sales, and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, self-motivated, and meet travel requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
