Job Title: Partner & Channel Sales Manager

Denodo is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to drive their Partner and Channel Sales. As a Partner & Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for winning, maintaining, and expanding relationships with resellers, system integrators, consulting, and technology partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively recruit new qualified partners and establish productive relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
  • Assess, clarify, and validate partner needs, gaps, and requirements to ensure their success.
  • Coordinate with other company teams to deliver adequate partner training and help partners develop solutions for Denodo DV to address client needs.
  • Lead a joint partner planning process to develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned territory and partner accounts.
  • Build a strong partner pipeline through co-marketing programs, account mapping, and regular governance, reporting, and management of indirect and joint/co-selling activities.
Requirements:
  • Achieve assigned sales quota (Indirect/Partner Sourced Sales) in the territory.
  • Drive adoption of company programs among assigned partners and monitor their performance.
  • Coach partners to higher levels of success and assist the global Partner Channel and Sales unit in developing efficient partner processes and workflows.
