Partner and Channel Sales Director

Denodo is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to drive their Partner and Channel Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for winning, maintaining, and expanding relationships with resellers, system integrators, consulting, and technology partners. You will achieve indirect sales targets, partner readiness, and partner recruitment objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner Recruitment, Enablement, and Development:
- Recruit new qualified partners.
- Establish productive relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
- Assess, clarify, and validate partner needs, gaps, and requirements.
- Coordinate partner training for business and technical skills.
- Help partners develop solutions for Denodo DV to address client needs.
- Partner Sales Planning and Execution:
- Lead joint partner planning to develop performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
- Coordinate company personnel involvement to meet partner performance objectives.
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.
- Assist partners in customer engagements to promote and sell Denodo.
- Build a strong partner pipeline through co-marketing programs and account mapping.
- Provide governance, reporting, and management of indirect and joint/co-selling activities.
- General Partner Management:
- Manage channel conflict by fostering excellent communication and adhering to channel rules.
- Ensure partner compliance with partner agreements.
- Drive adoption of company programs among assigned partners.
- Monitor partner performance and coach them to higher levels of success.
- Assist in developing efficient partner processes and workflows.
- Achieve assigned sales quota and intermediate metrics for partner-driven sales activity.
- Develop and execute partner account plans that meet company standards.
- Maintain high partner satisfaction ratings.
- Complete required training and development objectives.
- Achieve goals for growing Denodo-certified consultants in partner firms.
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Business Administration.
- Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in indirect sales and channel development for a software product company.
- Track record of achieving targets with partner recruitment, enablement, and revenue.
- Excellent knowledge of the reseller, systems integrator, and consulting ecosystem.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Data or Application Integration preferred; Big Data and/or Analytics knowledge an advantage.
- Willingness to travel 25-50%.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
