About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Specialist to join our Azure Cloud team at Synnex Corporation. As an Internal Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and customer engagement for our Azure Cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Focus on Azure sales in active customers for this specific platform, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and identifying new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain excellent customer and vendor relationships through proactive engagement and product knowledge.
- Generate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers and having detailed conversations about solutions.
- Proactively develop relationships with key internal and external contacts to drive customer engagement.
- Engage in active inside selling by gathering relevant customer information and developing short-, medium-, and long-term activities to drive customer engagements.
- Attain Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) such as customer engagement.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience selling Azure solutions.
- Knowledge in Azure configuration.
- IT industry knowledge.
- Previous experience of IT systems for quotation, order entry, CRM.
- Effective communication skills.
- Good relationship building skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
