As an Internal Sales Specialist in Azure for the SW End point & Cloud Team, you will play a pivotal role in internal sales, specializing in Azure allocated to accounts where possible. You will manage all quotes, close orders, and have a deep understanding of portfolio, process, and vendor pricing. The role requires a high level of knowledge in configuring and understanding Azure Cloud configurations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Focus on Azure sales in active customers in the company for this specific platform.
  • Build excellent customer and vendor sales relationships through proactive engagement and demonstrable specialist product knowledge.
  • Generate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers.
  • Proactively develop relationships with key internal and external contacts.
  • Engage in active inside selling by gathering relevant internal and external customer information and develop short-, medium-, and long-term activities to drive appropriate customer engagements.
  • Attainment of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) such as customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience selling Azure solutions.
  • Knowledge in Azure configuration.
  • IT industry knowledge.
  • Ideal candidates will have previous experience of IT systems for quotation, order entry, CRM.
  • Effective Communication Skills.
  • Good relationship building.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
