About the Role:
Fritz Kola GmbH is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team in the Madrid area. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and supporting a well-segmented customer base in the HORECA and specialist food retail channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share in the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including restaurant owners, bar managers, and other decision-makers
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and promotions
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the beverage industry, preferably in a sales or commercial role
- Strong knowledge of the HORECA and specialist food retail channels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Fluency in Spanish and basic English skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results
