About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at OVHcloud. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for securing adoption and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Trusted Advisor: Build and maintain strong, trustworthy relationships with your portfolio of customers.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other teams within OVHcloud to ensure customer needs are incorporated into product development.
  • Customer Advocacy: Act as an advocate for the customer within OVHcloud.
  • Onboarding and Expansion: Assist customers in adopting or growing their usage of OVHcloud's services.

Future Impact

  • In 6 months, you will complete onboarding and training to pitch OVHcloud's solution.
  • You will manage a portfolio of customers, supporting them daily in using the product or service.
  • You will monitor action plans and analyze results and performance indicators.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish.
  • Communication skills in English (B2 level required).
  • Customer-centric with demonstrable experience in customer-facing interactions.
  • Experience in Information Technology, particularly in Cloud, network, operating systems, storage, and/or virtualization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including diplomacy, eloquence, enthusiasm, and commercial flair.
  • Dedicated and able to have a positive impact on internal and/or external contacts.
  • Able to evaluate and control risk and manage conflict situations.
  • Organized, disciplined, and a good team spirit.
  • Collaborative with cross-functional teams.
  • Autonomous and able to take initiative.
  • Curious mind and comfortable with financial concepts, communication, and CRM tools.
