About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Seequent. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive product adoption, retention, and growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points, improving overall customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor customer health and identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving customer growth, retention, and adoption.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience working with complex technology customers, with a strong understanding of software solutions and their applications.
