Responsibilities:

* Manage a portfolio of customers, providing strategic guidance and support to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer success strategies
* Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for optimization and growth
* Develop and deliver training programs to enhance customer skills and knowledge
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

* 3+ years of experience in a related field, with a proven track record of success in customer-facing roles
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions
* Proficiency in CSS, HTML, and JavaScript, with experience in web development or a related field
* Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand customer needs and develop strategies to drive business growth
