About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at OneTrust. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving customer adoption, retention, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Customer Success Consultants to ensure seamless customer onboarding, adoption, and ongoing use of the OneTrust platform.
  • Develop and execute strategic customer adoption plans to maximize customer value and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Renewals, Product, and Consulting, to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
  • Provide guidance and support to Customer Success Consultants on strategies, best practices, and customer engagement.
  • Act as an escalation point for customer risk mitigation and drive strategic initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Contribute to the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and OKRs to measure customer success and growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 8+ years of experience in customer success or software consulting.
  • 3+ years of experience managing customer success or software consulting teams.
  • Excellent customer-facing communication skills and proven success in working directly with customers.
  • Proven ability to engage across corporate functions and build trust with C-Suite, VP, and Director-level contacts.
  • Strong entrepreneurial skills to excel in a complex and rapidly evolving environment.
