About Us: Plug and Play Tech Center is a leading global technology startup accelerator with a strong presence in the fintech industry. We have a proven track record of matching startups with corporate leaders, and we're now seeking a talented individual to join our team in Madrid.

Job Summary: We're looking for a highly strategic and ambitious Partner Success Trainee to support our team in delivering value to our fintech partners. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing startups, identifying and reaching out to promising companies, and creating meaningful relationships with them.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sourcing and Evaluation: Research and analyze market trends to identify top fintech startups and evaluate their potential for success.
  2. Start-up Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with startups, scale-ups, and other relevant stakeholders in the fintech ecosystem.
  3. Corporate Partnerships: Coordinate the deal flow and startup evaluation process with our corporate partners, identifying great fintech offerings that meet their business needs.
  4. Community Building: Develop and maintain a network of fintech professionals, including clusters, government representatives, universities, mentors, and keynote speakers.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, engineering, economics, or a related field.
  2. Skills: Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Strong process and analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in public speaking.
  3. Language: Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.
  4. Experience: Passionate about technology with some background in the startup ecosystem. Project management and fintech experience is a plus.
  5. Personal Qualities: Demonstrate integrity, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and empathy.
