Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Adecco (Spain). As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide critical support to our Corporate Services team, ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Corporate Services team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support the maintenance of financial databases and filing systems, ensuring up-to-date and accurate information.
  • Follow up on expenditures and ensure timely payment processing.
  • Assist with meeting organization, including catering requests and logistical arrangements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • Education: Certified post-secondary education studies and relevant professional experience.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in a job-related field, with proven experience following education requirements.
  • Computer skills: Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint).
  • Language: English professional competence, the working language of the Joint Undertaking.
  • Personal skills: Ability to build and maintain good working relationships as part of a team, excellent communication skills, organization and prioritization skills, attention to detail, and self-motivation.
