We are in search of an Area Sales Executive to strengthen our dynamic Sales team in Spain. This position will encompass the regions of Madrid, Castilla la Mancha, North of Extremadura, and Comunidad Valenciana.
Key Responsibilities
The Area Sales Executive will engage in a variety of sales functions, including the responsibility for expanding and nurturing the sales pipeline, cultivating new relationships, and devising strategies to enhance performance.
The role entails:
Crafting sales strategies tailored for the Car Dealers' market in Spain Identifying prospective clients and key decision-makers within our target audience Establishing and managing a robust sales network and pipeline Seeking out potential new clients and converting opportunities into increased revenue Transforming pre-qualified leads from BDRs into new business Developing and presenting compelling business proposals, negotiating terms, and finalizing agreements Leveraging market knowledge and competitor insights to identify and articulate MotorK's unique selling propositions Collaborating closely with delivery and success teams to ensure client satisfactionCandidate Requirements
The ideal candidate for the Area Sales Executive role will possess prior experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within the automotive or SaaS sectors. Additional qualifications include:
Native proficiency in Spanish and fluency in English A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing is advantageous A well-organized, proactive approach with the ability to thrive under pressure A collaborative team-oriented mindset Willingness to travel frequently A confident and assured demeanorWork Structure and Location
