We are currently in search of an Area Sales Executive to enhance our dynamic Sales team in Spain. This position will encompass the regions of Madrid, Castilla la Mancha, North of Extremadura, and Comunidad Valenciana.

Key Responsibilities

The Area Sales Executive will engage in a variety of sales initiatives, focusing on expanding and nurturing the sales pipeline, forging new relationships, and devising strategies to enhance performance.

The responsibilities include:

Formulating sales strategies tailored for the Car Dealers' market in Spain Identifying potential clients and key decision-makers within our target demographic Establishing and managing a robust sales network and pipeline Seeking out potential new clients and converting these opportunities into increased business Transforming pre-qualified leads from BDRs into new clientele Crafting and executing new business proposals, delivering high-impact presentations to clients, negotiating terms, and finalizing agreements Leveraging market knowledge and competitor insights to identify and develop MotorK's unique selling propositions and differentiators Collaborating closely with delivery and success teams

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate for the Area Sales Executive role will possess prior experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within the automotive or SaaS sectors. Additionally, the candidate should meet the following criteria:

Native Spanish speaker with fluency in English Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing is advantageous Highly organized, proactive, and capable of thriving under pressure Team-oriented mindset Willingness to travel frequently Confident and self-assured demeanor

Work Structure and Location

Permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week) Monday to Friday schedule Field-based role covering designated regions Ideally located in Madrid
