We are currently seeking an Area Sales Executive to enhance our dynamic Sales team in Spain. This role encompasses the regions of Madrid, Castilla la Mancha, North of Extremadura, and Comunidad Valenciana.
Key Responsibilities
The Area Sales Executive will engage in a variety of sales functions, focusing on expanding and nurturing the sales pipeline, cultivating new relationships, and devising strategies to enhance performance.
The responsibilities include:
Formulating sales strategies tailored for the Car Dealers' market in Spain Identifying potential clients and key decision-makers within our target audience Establishing and managing a robust sales network and pipeline Prospecting for new clients and converting leads into business opportunities Transforming pre-qualified leads from BDRs into new clientele Crafting and executing business proposals, delivering impactful presentations, negotiating, and finalizing agreements Leveraging market insights and competitor analysis to define and enhance MotorK's unique selling propositions Collaborating closely with delivery and success teamsQualifications
The ideal candidate for the Area Sales Executive position will possess prior experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the automotive or SaaS sectors. Additionally, candidates should meet the following criteria:
Native Spanish speaker with fluency in English Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing is advantageous Highly organized, proactive, and capable of thriving under pressure Strong team-oriented mindset Willingness to travel frequently Confident and self-assured demeanorWork Structure and Location
Permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week) Monday to Friday schedule Field-based role covering specified regions Ideally located in Madrid
