Global Events Marketing Lead

Role Overview:
The WomenTech Network is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to spearhead our global events strategy, which encompasses key industry milestones, proprietary events, and Executive Engagement initiatives. We are looking for a collaborative, innovative, and organized event marketer who possesses a passion for technology and excels in a dynamic environment. This position involves cross-functional collaboration with various departments including content, branding, digital, social media, operations, and public relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the comprehensive execution of both live and virtual events across major programs by collaborating with field, content, branding, social media, and PR teams to bring these experiences to fruition – from planning and theme development to promotion strategies and post-event analysis.
- Implement initiatives within our Executive Engagement program, including regional summits, exclusive networking gatherings, and tailored outreach campaigns.
- Enhance attendance and engagement through strategic promotional efforts, utilizing email marketing, social media, digital advertising, and other outreach channels.
- Actively liaise with client solutions teams to coordinate and communicate upcoming experiential marketing programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and messaging.
- Develop and maintain a tracking system to evaluate event campaign performance and its influence on the sales pipeline.
- Ensure operational excellence by managing and forecasting substantial budgets, including contracting, payment processing, and negotiation in collaboration with Finance, Legal, and Procurement teams.

- Proven experience in an event marketing role within the B2B sector.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges confidently.
- Excellent relationship-building capabilities, comfortable engaging with senior leaders and executive audiences.
- Effective project management skills, with a focus on organization and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and seek necessary information.
- Familiarity with event technology tools and project management software.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Strong presentation skills, both in-person and virtually.
- Genuine interest in the technology sector and a desire to understand the AdTech landscape.
