Job Summary
Criteo is seeking an experienced Experiential Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our global events strategy. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating engaging experiences that drive business results and support our company's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute end-to-end event strategies across key programs, including industry tentpoles, owned and operated events, and executive engagement programs.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to bring events to life, from concept to execution, including theme development, logistics, and post-event evaluation.
- Drive attendance and participation through strategic promotion and outreach efforts, leveraging digital channels and other marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with client solutions teams to coordinate and communicate experiential marketing programs, ensuring alignment with company objectives and messaging.
- Build and manage tracking processes to measure event campaign performance and pipeline influence within Salesforce.
- Manage large-scale budgets, including contracting, payment processing, and negotiation management with finance, legal, and procurement departments.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in event marketing within a B2B space.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a solutions-driven mindset and ability to think critically.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to maintain strong relationships internally and externally.
- Comfortable presenting to senior leaders and executive audiences.
