Event Marketing Strategist

Key Responsibilities:
The WomenTech Network is seeking a seasoned and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to spearhead our global events strategy, which encompasses significant industry milestones, proprietary events, and Executive Engagement initiatives. We are looking for a collaborative, innovative, and organized event marketer who is passionate about technology and thrives in a dynamic environment. This role involves working closely with various teams within the marketing and communications department, including content, branding, digital, social media, operations, and public relations. As the Experiential Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in executing these initiatives while aligning with key business goals and driving measurable return on investment for our regional client solutions teams.
Responsibilities Include:
Oversee the comprehensive execution of both live and virtual events across essential programs (industry milestones, proprietary events, flagship gatherings) by collaborating with field, content, branding, social media, and PR teams to bring these experiences to fruition – from sourcing and planning, theme/content development, creative ideation, attendance strategies, to post-event evaluations. Implement various components of our Executive Engagement program – regional summits, exclusive networking gatherings, and tailored outreach campaigns. Enhance attendance and engagement through strategic promotion and outreach efforts, utilizing email marketing, social media, digital/paid media, and other channels. Actively engage with client solutions (sales) to coordinate, communicate, and inform teams about new and upcoming experiential marketing initiatives on a global scale – ensuring each activation aligns with organizational objectives and messaging. Develop and manage a tracking system to assess all event campaign performance and its influence on the sales pipeline. Ensure operational excellence by managing and forecasting large-scale budgets, including contracting, payment processing, and negotiation management in collaboration with Finance, Legal, and Procurement departments.Ideal Candidate Profile:

Proven experience in an event marketing role within the B2B sector. Problem Solver: You possess a solutions-oriented mindset and can navigate complex challenges with confidence and resilience. Relationship Builder: You thrive in social environments and can foster strong relationships both internally and externally, understanding your audience. You are comfortable presenting to senior leaders and executive audiences. Project Manager: You can take a project from concept to completion, emphasizing organization and attention to detail. Self-Starter: You have the ability to independently seek information and ask questions as needed. Familiarity with event technology platforms, project management tools, and email marketing software. Experience with CRM systems. Strong presentation skills, both in-person and virtually.
