Head of Brand Marketing and Events

We are seeking a highly experienced and creative Head of Brand Marketing and Events to join our team at Semrush. As a key member of our marketing leadership, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive brand marketing and events strategy that drives business growth and expands our audience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a brand marketing and events strategy that aligns with our business objectives and expands our audience.
- Manage and execute large-scale brand activations, including conferences, online events, and other experiences that showcase our brand and products.
- Partner with global marketing leadership to develop and execute campaigns that capture the hearts and minds of our users and drive business results.
- Measure, analyze, and report on the success of campaigns and events, using data and metrics to inform future decisions.
- Build and manage relationships with external vendors and partners to support event and campaign execution.
- Lead and manage a small team of project managers and campaign managers to support event and campaign execution.
- 10+ years of experience in brand marketing and events, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing large-scale brand activations.
- Experience managing brand campaigns with annual budgets over $10M/year.
- Strong creative and strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and execute innovative brand marketing and events strategies.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to measure and analyze campaign and event success.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
