Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Brand Activation Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive brand activation plans, including in-person conferences, online events, and stage presence, to expand our audience and increase brand awareness.
- Manage Brand Activations: Oversee the planning and execution of our in-person conference, Spotlight, with a goal of growing it to a 5,000-person conference within a few years, ensuring timely delivery and staying within budget guidelines.
- Campaign Development and Messaging: Design and execute campaigns and messaging that capture the hearts and minds of our users, connecting the emotional values of our audiences to the functional purpose of our products and transforming this into immersive, engaging experiences.
- Partnerships and Collaborations: Partner with global marketing leadership to secure buy-in and commitment from channel owners for campaign promotion and collaborate with external vendors to achieve campaign goals.
- Measurement and Analysis: Measure, analyze, and report on the success of campaigns in terms of business impact, using data-driven insights to inform future campaign strategies.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a small team of project managers/program managers/campaign managers and a large team of external vendors, providing guidance and support to ensure successful campaign execution.
- 10+ Years of Experience: Proven track record of success in strategy and tactics for brand campaigns, both hands-on and as a team lead, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field.
- Brand Campaign Management: Experience managing brand campaigns with annual budgets over $10M/year (excluding paid media spend), demonstrating success in overseeing or creating rich and relevant brand campaign experiences.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Highly creative, 'hands-on' leader who can inspire and direct a wider team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.
- Results-Driven and Analytical: Strong results-based mentality, analytical skills, and data-driven thinking, with the ability to work with numbers, metrics, and spreadsheets, and report on the ROI of our efforts.
- Language Skills: Extraordinary verbal and written English skills, with a strong mix between B2B and B2C experience preferred.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in multiple languages, including Spanish, German, and French.
- Ownership and Passion: Extreme ownership, taking responsibility for the outcome, and a passion for the work, with a desire to make a meaningful impact.
- Proactivity and Curiosity: Proactive approach, with a willingness to question and learn, and a curiosity about new ideas and approaches.
- Respect and Collaboration: Respectful and collaborative approach, with a focus on building strong relationships and a positive team culture.
