**Key Responsibilities:**
- Drive sales process across the team to meet sales objectives
- Empower team performance by providing guidance and support to meet sales targets
- Control and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team success
- Collect and analyze metrics to inform business decisions
- Organize regular meetings to provide feedback on team performance and upcoming changes
- Maintain contact with customers regarding cases, new procedures, applications, and tools
- Have a 360° vision on individual performance and needs
**Requirements:**
- Proficient or bilingual in Dutch with advanced level of English
- Flemish is a plus
- Business knowledge and commercial awareness
- Result and success-oriented, able to work autonomously, as well as in a team
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

- Previous management experience
**What We Offer:**
- Full-time, permanent contract
- 39 hours/week: Monday to Friday, from 09.00 to 18.00
- Salary offer: on-target earnings 38,000 eur gross/year
