The Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled Licensing Associate to join our team, working closely with our Renewal Specialist and Senior Account Manager to ensure timely renewal agreements and identify opportunities for licensing, up-selling, and cross-selling aligned with customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Renewal Specialist to review customer licensing portfolios and develop renewal plans aligned with our cloud or licensing program strategy.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Commercial VL licensing questions raised by end customers.
- Create and provide quality checks for licensing documentation, such as agreement packages.
- Utilize company-approved tools to secure necessary deal approvals.
Requirements:
- Native-level proficiency in Dutch and/or Flemish, with fluency in English (B2).
- Minimum 2-3 years of licensing experience, with a strong understanding of negotiations in licensing contracts.
- Experience working with or selling Office 365, M365, Azure, Modern work, Biz apps.
- Established relationships with internal and external stakeholders as a trusted advisor/strategic consultant.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools, and strong communication and negotiation skills.
