About the Role

Ontex, a leading international provider of disposable personal hygiene solutions, is seeking an ERP Transformation Director to drive digital literacy and process optimization through technology. As a key member of the IT team, you will be responsible for orchestrating the process transformation journey supported by a new ERP, collaborating with executive teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional units to achieve sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Digital Transformation Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and articulate a holistic ERP supported transformation strategy, aligned with the organization's long-term vision and value creation plan.
  • Drive technology change management efforts, promoting ERP and process literacy and competency across the organization.
Business Process Optimization
  • Conduct an inventory of inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement, stimulating Business Process Owners (BPOs) and the broader business to rethink their processes and adopt industry best practice standards.
  • Design and implement streamlined workflows, leveraging industry best practices to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
ERP Implementation (SAP S/4HANA)
  • Oversee the end-to-end deployment of SAP S/4HANA, ensuring seamless end-to-end process integration, and reduce technical IT debt by driving for a clean ERP core.
  • Collaborate with the IT & Data team, other Ontex departments, and external partners to execute the implementation plan, monitoring project milestones, budgets, and quality assurance.
Change Management and Adoption
  • Develop comprehensive change management strategies to minimize resistance and maximize user adoption, creating tailored communication plans, training materials, and support mechanisms.
  • Engage stakeholders at all levels, emphasizing the benefits of modern technologies and driving digital literacy.
Team Direction and Talent Development
  • Manage a team of BPOs, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
