About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT and Data Manager to lead our regional IT and Data team at Ontex. As an IT and Data Cluster Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and driving the regional IT and Data strategy, ensuring security, stability, and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead a team of IT and Data professionals across multiple locations, providing strategic guidance and support to ensure the highest standards of service and security.
  2. Develop and implement IT and Data strategies in collaboration with other departments, driving business growth and success.
  3. Manage local and regional projects, ensuring they meet budget, quality, and deadlines, and align with corporate standards.
  4. Ensure system performance and security compliance, acting as a business partner to plant and general managers to provide counsel on IT solutions.
  5. Drive the adoption of Agile and SCRUM methodologies, maintaining up-to-date documentation on IT processes.
  6. Support the organization's growth by implementing the right technology choices, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar IT management role, with a proven track record of success.
  2. At least 2 years of experience in a multinational environment, with a strong understanding of global business operations.
  3. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience, with a strong foundation in IT principles and practices.
  4. Fluency in English, with proficiency in an additional regional language a plus.
  5. Proven people management skills, with a customer-first mindset and excellent communication and presentation skills.
  6. ITIL Foundation v3/v4 certification and Agile/SCRUM experience are advantageous, with a strong knowledge of Windows 10, M365, SharePoint, and basic networking concepts.
