About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled IT and Data Sub-Cluster Manager to lead our regional IT and Data team at Ontex. As a key member of our international team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and driving the regional IT strategy, ensuring security, stability, and business continuity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of IT and Data professionals across multiple locations, fostering a collaborative and customer-centric environment.
- Develop and implement IT and Data strategies in collaboration with other departments, aligning with corporate standards and goals.
- Manage local and regional projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality excellence.
- Ensure system performance and security compliance, maintaining up-to-date documentation on IT processes.
- Act as a business partner to plant and general managers, providing expert counsel on IT solutions and driving business growth.
- Drive the adoption of Agile/SCRUM methodologies, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar IT management role, with a proven track record of success.
- At least 2 years of experience in a multinational environment, with a strong understanding of global IT landscapes.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience, with a strong foundation in IT principles.
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in an additional regional language a plus.
- Proven people management skills, with a customer-first mindset and a strong ability to communicate effectively.
- ITIL Foundation v3/v4 certification and Agile/SCRUM experience are advantageous, with a strong knowledge of Windows 10, M365, SharePoint, and basic networking concepts.
