We are seeking a highly skilled IT and Data Cluster Manager to lead our regional IT and Data team at Ontex. This role offers the opportunity to shape and drive the regional IT strategy, ensuring security, stability, and business continuity.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of IT and Data professionals across multiple locations, developing and implementing IT and Data strategies in collaboration with other departments, and managing local and regional projects to ensure they meet budget, quality, and deadlines.
Mission and Key Tasks
- Lead a team of IT and Data professionals across multiple locations.
- Develop and implement IT and Data strategies in collaboration with other departments.
- Manage local and regional projects, ensuring they meet budget, quality, and deadlines.
- Ensure system performance and security compliance in line with corporate standards.
- Act as a business partner to plant and general managers, providing counsel on IT and Data solutions.
- Drive the adoption of Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation on IT and Data processes.
- Support the organization's growth by implementing the right technology choices.
Background and Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar IT management role.
- At least 2 years of experience in a multinational environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional regional language is a plus.
- Proven people management skills with a customer-first mindset.
- ITIL Foundation v3/v4 certification and Agile/SCRUM experience are advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10, M365, SharePoint, and basic networking concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
