**About the Role**

Ontex, a leading international provider of disposable personal hygiene solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Business Controller to join its Finance team. As a Business Controller, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability by providing financial expertise and strategic support to the General Manager and Commercial teams.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Partner with the General Manager and Commercial teams to deliver business unit and customer financial key performance indicators (KPIs), including top- and bottom-line targets, accounts receivable targets, and forecast accuracy.
  • Develop and deliver excellent financial planning and analysis (FP&A) by working cross-departmentally to achieve forecast and budget KPIs with production and supply chain teams.
  • Own budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financial plans and forecasts.
  • Analyze commercial and operational financial data to provide timely, structured, and comprehensible reporting analyses for both local and divisional teams.
  • Provide proactive financial support to strategic and operational decision-making processes at the business unit and customer level.
  • Develop financial models and simulate multiple scenarios for business opportunities and special projects, such as pricing, new product launches, and investment projects.
  • Develop sustained financial analysis, advice, and controls to support commercial activity, including calculation of anticipated contract margin, scenario analysis, and ad hoc reports.
  • Support business leaders during project execution with financial analysis and KPI monitoring.
