**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Controller to join our Finance team at Ontex. As a Business Controller, you will play a key role in delivering financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support business growth and decision-making.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Partner with the General Manager and Commercial teams to deliver business unit and customer financial key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Deliver excellent financial planning and analysis by working cross-departmentally to achieve forecast and budget KPIs
- Act as owner of budgeting and forecasting, analyzing commercial and operational financial data to provide timely and structured reporting analyses
- Provide financial support to strategic and operational decision-making processes at the business unit and customer level
- Analyze and interpret commercial, operational, and financial data to translate into sales, profitability, and cost center reporting analyses
- Develop financial models and simulate multiple scenarios for business opportunities and special projects
- Develop sustained financial analysis, advise, and controls to commercial activity and sales marketing-related projects
- Support business leaders during project execution with financial analysis and KPI monitoring
