Job Title: Manager Backoffice

About the Role:

Ontex, a leading international provider of disposable personal hygiene solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Manager Backoffice to join our team. As a key member of our Support team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the flawless operation of our Global Excellence Center in Mayen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the Global Excellence Center team
  • Support the team in fulfilling their tasks and goals
  • Organize and manage business trips, including visa processes
  • Coordinate national and international conferences, meetings, and events
  • Manage budgets for travel and meetings
  • Creation of presentations and reports
  • Collaborate with the Innovation and technical teams to support different projects
  • Assist in the organization of machine trials and help out during trials and post-process produced samples
  • Organize, service, and post-process national and international conferences and events
  • Create translations in English and other languages
  • Support in administration of the samples archive and the Technical Center
  • Support fleet management and ensure pool cars are in correct condition
  • Support local HSE, Facility Management, and accounting departments

Requirements:

  • Several years of professional experience in international assistance at executive level
  • Professional experience with the organization of major international events
  • Direct and indirect employee management and as an HR interface is desired
  • Experiences with SP-Expert SmartClient is an asset
  • MS Office Package
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, organizational talent, personal responsibility, reliability
  • Strong service orientation
  • SAP knowledge, other lab system or panel test is an asset
  • Be able to work independently, but also be an open-minded team player
  • Creative mind
  • Very good knowledge of both German and English is a must (spoken and written)
  • Other language is an asset
