Ontex, a leading international provider of disposable personal hygiene solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Business Controller to join its Finance team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in delivering financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support business growth and decision-making.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Partner with the General Manager and Commercial teams to achieve business unit and customer financial KPIs, including top- and bottom-line targets, accounts receivable targets, and forecast accuracy.
- Deliver high-quality financial planning and analysis by working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve forecast and budget KPIs.
- Own the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financial plans and forecasts.
- Analyze commercial and operational financial data to provide insightful reporting and analysis to both local and divisional teams.
- Provide proactive financial support to strategic and operational decision-making processes at the business unit and customer level.
- Develop and maintain financial models to simulate multiple scenarios for business opportunities and special projects.
- Support business leaders with financial analysis and KPI monitoring during project execution.
**Requirements**
- Strong financial planning and analysis skills, with experience in commercial finance and business operations.
