Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our clients receive the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Request Management: Manage and resolve customer requests in a timely and efficient manner, escalating complex issues to our technical team as needed.
- Incident Resolution: Follow up on incidents and ensure customer satisfaction, working closely with our technical team to resolve issues.
- Product Knowledge: Develop advanced knowledge of our products and services, enabling you to provide expert support and guidance to our clients.
- Team Support: Collaborate with our global team to provide support in other markets as needed, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Translation and Localization: Translate online support content for new product launches and assist with localization efforts.
- Event Support: Provide support at customer events and conferences, ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
- Market Development: Contribute to market development and system adaptation efforts, helping us stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
- Language Skills: Native or bilingual in English, with a high level of Spanish proficiency.
- Attitude and Skills: Proactive and positive attitude, with a strong service orientation and a passion for customer care.
- Desirable Skills: Knowledge of additional languages, such as Portuguese, Italian, or French, and a restless, creative approach to problem-solving.
