About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at SAP. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in building pipeline and uncovering new opportunities for our field sales organization with SuccessFactors as part of the Human Experience Management (HXM) field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage key decision makers and influencers with compelling outreach and develop creative strategies for engaging and nurturing prospects.
  • Develop and execute a lead generation plan to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with our field sales organization to ensure seamless handoffs and maximize conversion rates.
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform sales strategies and optimize results.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of relevant sales or business development experience.
  • Fluent German and English speaker, with additional languages beneficial.
  • Strong problem-solving and listening skills to identify and prioritize customer needs.
  • Ability to work in a team setting with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
