Job Title: Account Manager TPS

At Hotelbeds, we're looking for a skilled Account Manager TPS to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you'll be responsible for connecting and optimizing new and existing TPS connections to achieve our OM and TTV targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in strategic conversations with existing and new TPS assigned to discuss plans for product optimization.
  • Monitor the production of the TPS assigned and take action accordingly to maximize the opportunity towards reaching TTV and OM targets.
  • Increase OM via supplier income and margin actions.
  • Finalize contracts with new TPS as per pipeline and renew/amend existing contracts as needed.
  • Develop commercial strength and acumen to negotiate at senior level with TPS.
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Excellent understanding of sourcing and distribution strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess gaps and opportunities.
  • Result-driven and passionate.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and adhere to priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good knowledge of the travel industry and XML distribution.
  • Advanced user on Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office, Tableau, Atlas, and Accelerate.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with all audiences.
  • Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
  • English speaker, Spanish advisable.
