Junior Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Junior Account Manager to join our Commercial team in Palma. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze and understand our destinations and clients, their business models, and requirements.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.
- Customer account management, including negotiation of contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
- Educate clients on existing and new product features and functionalities and how it can contribute to their business growth.
- Acquisition of new clients, making their business model transparent and carrying out risk assessment.
- Constant market research and analysis to create business plans on commercial opportunities.
- Monitoring performance reports with according interpretation and execution of required actions towards clients and the organization.
- Closely collaborate with different cross-functional teams/departments across multiple countries.
- Act as a central point of contact for clients and the organization.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a commercial, product department, or any other working experience will be highly valued.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter, able to work with autonomy and self-management skills within a team.
- Solutions-oriented, looking for innovative solutions to overcome challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-oriented with solid analytical skills and a strong strategic mindset.
- Ability to work in a multinational and continuously changing environment and interact with different nationalities.
- Willing to travel on a regular basis.
- English advanced level or native speaker, other languages will be an advantage.
