We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partner Account Manager to join our team in Palma de Mallorca. As a key member of our MTS Spain Commercial Team, you will be responsible for driving growth and success in your destination by collaborating with internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with our internal teams to ensure the success of both existing and new partners, optimizing their performance and achieving business goals.
  • Relationship Building: Develop trustful and productive relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Account Optimization: Perform in-depth analysis of individual accounts and provide strategic guidance to partners through regular communication, helping them implement changes to boost sales and performance.
  • In-Depth Product Knowledge: Gain an expert understanding of our products to offer partners valuable insights, enabling efficient account optimization and growth.
  • Customer Product Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the customer, providing constant feedback to our product team to ensure continuous product evolution that aligns with market and partner needs.
  • Destination Expertise: Become an expert in your destination, learning about partner characteristics and unique opportunities to maximize sales and support partner success.

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 2 years of experience working within travel (OTAs, DMCs, etc.) or related industry. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical capabilities, account management skills, and excellent communication skills. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
