We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Senior Account Growth Manager to join our team in Palma de Mallorca. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and success in Spain.

Your Responsibilities

  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with our MTS Spain Commercial Team and internal stakeholders to optimize partner performance and achieve business goals.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong, trustful relationships with internal teams and external partners, fostering a collaborative environment that drives mutual success.
  • Account Optimization: Analyze individual accounts in-depth and provide strategic guidance to partners, helping them implement changes to boost sales and performance.
  • Product Expertise: Gain a deep understanding of our products to offer valuable insights to partners, enabling efficient account optimization and growth.
  • Customer Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the customer, providing constant feedback to our product team to ensure continuous product evolution that meets market and partner needs.
  • Destination Expertise: Become an expert in your destination, learning about partner characteristics and unique opportunities to maximize sales and support partner success.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working within travel (OTAs, DMCs etc) or related industry.
  • Proven account management skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to identify opportunities, detect gaps, and provide insights to gain revenue.
  • Proactive and pragmatic with a positive attitude and sense of responsibility.
  • Excellent organization and coordination skills, problem-solving ability, and excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish & English, both written and spoken.

Estimated Salary Range: €55,000 - €65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive compensation package, including private health insurance, flexible working arrangements, and a dynamic work environment that fosters growth and development.
