Key Account Manager

Purpose:
We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to nurture existing commercial relationships with connected Travel Partnerships in Europe and grow production by acquiring new TPS in the assigned geography, in line with the global pipeline.
Purpose of the Role:
The successful candidate will connect and optimize new and existing TPS connections to achieve OM and TTV Targets. They will engage in strategic conversations with existing and new TPS, discuss plans for product optimization, and monitor production to maximize opportunities towards reaching TTV and OM Targets.
Increase OM via supplier income and margin actions. Finalize contracts with new TPS as per pipeline and renew/amend existing contracts as needed. Commercial strength and acumen to negotiate at senior level with TPS.
The ideal candidate will have excellent listening and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include assigned TPS productivity, roomnights, TTV, OM by TPS, pipeline development and connects live, and engaging in strategic conversations with existing and new TPS assigned.
Requirements:
Experience in sourcing and/or sales within the Travel industry is essential. A commercial/technical knowledge of XML Distribution is also advisable. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills to assess gaps and opportunities, be result-driven and passionate, and have demonstrated ability to establish and adhere to priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Skills:
Advanced user on Excel, Powerpoint, MS Office, Tableau, Atlas, and Accelerate.
