Job Summary:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for connecting and optimizing new and existing TPS connections to achieve OM and TTV targets. You will engage in strategic conversations with TPS assigned and discuss plans for product optimization. Additionally, you will monitor the production of assigned TPS and take action to maximize opportunities towards reaching TTV and OM targets. Your commercial strength and acumen will enable you to negotiate at senior level with TPS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Connect and optimize new and existing TPS connections
  • Engage in strategic conversations with TPS assigned
  • Monitor production of assigned TPS and take action to maximize opportunities
  • Negotiate at senior level with TPS

Requirements:
  • Excellent understanding of sourcing and distribution strategy
  • Strong analytical skills to assess gaps and opportunities
  • Result-driven and passionate
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and adhere to priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Good knowledge of the travel industry and XML distribution

Preferred Skills:
  • Advanced user on Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office, Tableau, Atlas, and Accelerate
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with all audiences
  • Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
  • English speaker, Spanish advisable

Experience:
  • Experience in sourcing and/or sales within the travel industry
  • Advisable to have commercial/technical knowledge of XML distribution
