Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Palma de Mallorca. As a key member of our commercial department, you will be responsible for driving growth and success in the Spanish market.

About TriggleTriggle is a tech company that aims to increase direct guest business for hotels by digitalizing offerings for excursions and activities. We have a strong presence in Spain and are now expanding our business into more European markets.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expansion in the Spanish market.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to optimize performance and achieve business goals.
- Build and maintain trustful relationships with stakeholders, including hoteliers, activity suppliers, and other industry professionals.
- Provide expert product knowledge and guidance to partners to help them optimize their accounts and boost sales.
- Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to our product team to ensure continuous evolution and improvement.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in account management or a related field within the travel industry.
- Strong analytical skills to identify opportunities, detect gaps, and provide insights to gain revenue.
- Proactive and pragmatic approach with a positive attitude and sense of responsibility.
- Excellent organization and coordination skills, with the ability to think outside the box for suitable solutions.
- Outstanding communication skills, with fluency in English (both written and spoken).
