Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Palma de Mallorca. As a key member of our commercial department, you will be responsible for driving growth and success in the Spanish market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expansion in the Spanish market.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to optimize performance and achieve business goals.
  • Build and maintain trustful relationships with stakeholders, including hoteliers, activity suppliers, and other industry professionals.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and guidance to partners to help them optimize their accounts and boost sales.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to our product team to ensure continuous evolution and improvement.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in account management or a related field within the travel industry.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify opportunities, detect gaps, and provide insights to gain revenue.
  • Proactive and pragmatic approach with a positive attitude and sense of responsibility.
  • Excellent organization and coordination skills, with the ability to think outside the box for suitable solutions.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with fluency in English (both written and spoken).
