Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction as a Sales Director – Enterprise Account. In this strategic role, you will lead the efforts to satisfy, retain, and grow our relationships with key Retail Enterprise customers, leveraging your expertise to maximize business potential.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies for key accounts, collaborating with global counterparts to drive revenue growth across markets. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to build trust with key decision-makers will be essential in solving complex problems and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Spearhead revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on upsell and cross-sell opportunities within key accounts, leading contract negotiations, and ensuring sales targets are met.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Serve as the primary executive point of contact for key accounts, deeply understanding their needs and ensuring an outstanding customer journey.
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and implement growth strategies for key accounts, collaborating with global counterparts to maximize revenue potential across markets.
  • Support: Lead and coordinate with various teams to ensure customer concerns are swiftly addressed and resolved, providing unparalleled support to maintain strong relationships.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer demands are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and influencing internal teams to enhance service and product offerings.
What You Will Do:

Manage a high-value portfolio of key accounts, collaborating as a team leader for other Key Account Managers in the region. Develop personalized account plans, drive business expansion within these accounts, and monitor customer performance to maintain revenue flow.

Track and optimize revenue growth against forecasts for new accounts, products, and services. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information using Salesforce and other CRM tools. Take full accountability for resolving major incidents, ensuring rapid service resumption by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Sales Leadership Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales leadership or team leader role, such as Sales Director or Senior Key Account Manager, within the Retail Technology environment and/or the fintech Payment ecosystem.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in building and managing strategic relationships with key accounts, driving revenue growth through cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to build trust, influence key decision-makers, and solve problems with an executive-level presence.
  • Industry Expertise: Experience in the Retail and Payments industry landscape is highly desirable.
