Enterprise Account Director, Talent Solutions

Responsibilities:- Develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders across our customers' organizations to understand their business objectives and challenges.
- Research and analyze customer data to identify opportunities for growth and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' businesses, including their industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations that showcase the value of our Talent Solutions products.
- Work closely with our customers to understand their ROI expectations and develop strategies to meet or exceed those expectations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our sales approach and stay ahead of the competition.
We're looking for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of success in enterprise sales, a deep understanding of the professional hiring and learning markets, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
