At LinkedIn, we're committed to helping our customers achieve their business goals through our innovative Talent Solutions products. As an Enterprise Account Director, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This role offers a hybrid work option, allowing you to work from home and commute to a LinkedIn office as needed. You'll be part of a collaborative team that's passionate about making a meaningful impact on our customers' businesses.

As a trusted adviser, you'll work closely with our Large Enterprise Customers in Spain to understand their unique needs and develop tailored solutions that drive business results. Your expertise in sales and business development will be essential in identifying new opportunities and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and prepare thoughtful questions and insights to understand customer objectives and challenges.
  • Build relationships with multiple stakeholders across the customer's organization.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed revenue goals.
  • Use data and insights to support investment recommendations and overcome customer objections.
  • Proactively mitigate churn risk and drive customer growth through smart, customer-centric approaches.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of applicable sales experience in the IBERIA region.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Experience with HR software, Learning Solutions, and SaaS opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation and forecasting skills.
  • Ability to gather and use data to inform decision making and persuade others.
