About the Role

As a Key Account Director, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value enterprise customers, driving growth and retention through strategic account planning and execution. You'll work closely with our customer success team to ensure our customers realize the full value of our platform, and develop a deep understanding of their business needs and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a book of business consisting of high-value enterprise customers
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and retention
  • Work closely with customer success team to ensure customer adoption and value realization
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through upsell and cross-sell initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute demand generation strategies
