Enterprise Account Director for Talent Solutions

Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the customer's organization
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging data and insights to inform decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs
- Drive customer decision-making through effective communication and negotiation
- 5+ years of sales experience in the IBERIA region, with fluency in English and Spanish
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Strong business acumen, with ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
