Transformative Opportunity for Enterprise Account Directors

At LinkedIn, we're committed to empowering our customers to achieve their full potential. As an Enterprise Account Director, you'll play a pivotal role in helping our clients effectively engage with our Talent Solutions, driving growth and success for their businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic relationships with C-level customers to understand their objectives and challenges.
  • Research customer businesses to prepare thoughtful questions and insights, driving meaningful conversations and value creation.
  • Build relationships with multiple stakeholders across the customer organization, adapting communication styles to fit their needs.
  • Lead with solutions, not products, when making recommendations aligned to customer objectives.
  • Drive customer decision-making by achieving shared vision and proactively considering the value props that tie all stakeholders together.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of applicable sales experience.
  • Native level of Spanish.
  • Business fluency in English, both in oral and written communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with C-level customers for solution sales.
  • Experience with HR software.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent in a related field.
