Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the talent acquisition strategy for the next 3 years, aligning with our business goals and objectives.
  • Build and lead a high-performing recruitment team, focusing on quality, efficiency, and candidate experience.
  • Develop and implement processes to ensure a great recruitment experience for leaders and candidates.
  • Own our employer branding strategy and initiatives, showcasing Glovo as an attractive employer of choice.
  • Ensure we hire the best talent for Glovo, driving business growth and success.

About You

We're looking for a seasoned talent acquisition professional with a passion for our culture and a drive to make a difference. You'll bring:

A minimum of 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a track record of leading high-performing teams.Experience recruiting both tech and business roles, with a deep understanding of executive recruitment.A proven ability to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies, driving business growth and success.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a passion for creating a workplace where everyone feels valued and empowered.
