About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Acquisition International. As a key member of our People team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization by identifying, attracting, and hiring top industry talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Collaborate with Store Managers to understand personnel needs and develop staffing plans
- Work with relevant productivity and KPIs for workforce scheduling
- Coordinate interviews and selection processes with Store Managers
- Support new hires and follow up on onboarding plans
- Collaborate with Store Managers to identify employee development opportunities
- Create talent maps and development policies for each store team
- Establish and communicate performance expectations
- Provide feedback and support to Store Managers to improve individual and team performance
- Act as a liaison between the store and HR management, providing all necessary documentation and informing of any contractual/condition changes
- Ensure compliance with all labor policies and regulations
- Handle HR-related matters such as complaints and disciplinary issues
- Maintain updated salary investment forecast for the business plan
- Collaborate in the administration of compensation and benefits programs
- Advise on salary equity and competitive benefits in the retail sector
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar position
- Proactivity and high energy and ambition with the project and its growth
- Communicative, people-oriented, and empathetic person
- Talent, commitment, and passion for your work
- Good communication and stakeholders management skills
- Ability to take independent decisions after having analyzed the situation
- Strict confidentiality with the information
- Fluent English, Spanish, and French, another idiom is a plus
