Join Our Team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Protime, a leading European provider of HR software solutions and related services. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for attracting, selecting, and onboarding top talent to drive business growth and success.

About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and creating contracts. You will work closely with our People Business Partners and other Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure a seamless candidate experience. Your expertise will be essential in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and attracting top talent in the technology sector
  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to select the best candidates
  • Creating and managing job descriptions, job postings, and other recruitment materials
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
  • Providing guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Fluency in English and Dutch, with Spanish as an asset
  • Experience in recruiting technology profiles and onboarding from A to Z
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of HR software and systems
